Over the past two years, I’ve been on a spiritual journey, growing closer to God. For the first time, at age 48, I read the entire Bible, and it was life-changing—an experience unlike anything else. Along with the trials I’ve faced recently, this journey has opened my eyes and transformed my heart. I now understand that God has a plan and a purpose for me here on Earth, just as He does for all of His children.
I’ve come to realize that part of my purpose is to spread the Gospel—through my words, yes, but more importantly through my actions. This past year has been one of the most difficult of my life, filled with tests and trials. But I now see these as God shaping me into who I need to become. They are also tests of how deeply I’ve absorbed His word and how faithfully I live it out. I’ve experienced pain this year that could have broken me, but God has continued to carry me forward with hope and clarity as I grow in Him each day.
The quotes in this book are just a few of the many thoughts God has placed on my heart over the years. It wasn’t until last year that I realized these were divine downloads—messages given to me to share with the world. I sincerely hope this book, the first of many to come, will inspire you, give you hope, offer understanding, and guide you toward the wisdom needed to become who God created you to be.
